This is Cisterna’s OG single origin offering. It was in the mountains of Northern Thailand where the idea for Cisterna Coffee company first began to take root, and we are pleased to be able to continue to offer this amazing single origin coffee. Coffee varieties grown int the mountainous region of South East Asia spanning from Myanmar to Vietnam all boast an acidity level 6-10 times lower that coffees grown in Central and South America, and this special offering from Thailand is no exception. The result is that we can roast this coffee darker, while still maintaining a smooth finish that is never bitter. This is our darkest roasted coffee of all the single origins Cisterna offers, with rich almond and cherry notes and dark chocolate finish. Learn More >
