This is a rare coffee to come from our coffee producer Jim Harriman, of Perla Noble. Typically, South America is not an ideal environment for natural processed coffee, however, for a brief season, Perla Noble was able to produce a limited run of naturally processed cherry. Coffees processed naturally are characteristically ‘jammy’ with a full bodied, juicy mouth-feel, and while the tasting notes of this special cup are of orange marmalade and toast, the silky mouthfeel of this ‘natural’ feels more refined.
