Nestled in the foothills of the Andes lies the coffee farm Perla Noble, founded by producer Jim Harriman. From the steep slopes and craggy ridges of Perla Noble Farm, one can glimpse the snow covered peaks in the distance. Jim produces his coffee with particular care to the natural ecosystem, utilizing citrus and native fruit trees to increase pollinators on the farm.
